Bug: All Webapps gone after reboot

Just saw this issue, having the same one.

On GrapheneOS, using Mulch (or Vanadium) to create webapps, the icons on the launcher disappear after a reboot.

This may be a GrapheneOS issue.

As described there, this also happened since the update from 128.0.6613.127 to the current 128.0.6613.146.0
