Vanadium vs Mulch

Hello, love Vanadium with DNS blocking and wanted to know if I should use this on my device that's not GrapheneOS. Could you explain what differences there are security wise with Vanadium? For instance does Mulch include hardened malloc since Vanadium doesn't need it because it's already provided by GrapheneOS? I would rather use this on LineageOS (on S5E tablet and waiting patiently for DivestOS for it) than Cromite if security wise it's just about as good as Vanadium. Thanks.
