ADMINISTRATIVE - 3.0.7 failed? appeared & suddendly disappeared on f-droid

happy 2024!

why is v3.0.7 red-X-ed with a FAIL in mazter? why did v3.0.7 appear, mid-day 04jan2023 on f-droid, repeatedly fail to install (>3x) & then immddiately disappear? why so many successive updates post-27dec2023? why aren't APK-s available durectly from gitlab? f-droid is getting to be increasingly unreliable/tardy.

this is all very disconcerting...
