Describe the bug: There is a weird bug where at a certain distance the LOD's double vertically and create a ghost version of and block right above the real blocks

-
You can also manipulate how far this bug happens by changing your render distance but it always happens close to where the generated terrain ends and the LOD's begin. It almost seems like the distant horizons chunks are generating inside the loaded render distance chunks.
-
Steps to reproduce the bug:Im not entirely sure how to recreate the bug but im hoping its just a messed up setting in my config file.
