Concept: formal and material history

Materiële historie is what changed in reality.
Formele historie is what changed in registry.

Both events and read models should be able to provide both viewpoints.

Some examples:

• Child is born on Jan 1st
• Child is registered on Jan 4th

We should be able to request bot the material as the formal state at any moment in time.

E.g. requests on Jan 3rd:

• Material: We have the details about the event
• Formal: We do not have the details about the event

Wat is a good way to make this distinction? Looking for a way to implement history on all API's in the very same way (this should be standardized)

Background: for some legal processes the formal history is relevant, for others the material, for others both
