repeatedly ate comment while I was writing it

Started dianara up. This is behind a dialup connection so everything is happening probably 100 times as slow as it does for you.

As soon as the timeline appeared I clicked Comment and started writing a comment.

After writing a couple of paragraphs, the screen was redrawn; my comment box vanished in the redraw.

Tried again. After re-writing the first paragraph, the screen was redrawn and what I'd written again vanished.

Clicked comment a third time, and typed ":(" into the box, and went and wrote up my comment in vim.

When I returned to dianara this time, the in-progress comment was still there, and a notification said that dianara had avoided updating the display to not lose it. Irony meter thus broken for the day I went to file this bug.

Log with various http 404 etc errors removed:
