[review] Publish to PyPI
In reviewing this package, and attempting to install it, I noticed that it was not published/released onto PyPI (see my search). While your directions for install and use are fairly straight forward, I recommend that you submit this project to PyPI so that it can be included as a dependency in other published projects and have a lower barrier to entry for usage.
If you do this, you should then update your installation instructions to reflect using the PyPI version, and then add directions for installing a development version from source. It would also be good to include directions on how to test that your install works (i.e. run the test suite locally).
