Fix and complete Kitt's eye bar/bounce routine
Kitt's bouncing 'eye' bar is proving more troublesome than I had initially remembered it to be. Basically, the four (or five) light squares should be separated by a dark interval with the same dimensions as each lit square. They will travel in a series of four/five, then bouncing (reversing direction) when they reach a point where less than one previously defined square's dimensions still exists between the closest lit square and the Canvas
edge.
Code for working with this in the previous version is absolutely atrocious, style-wise, but is functional, and can be found in the source copied from the original GitHub repository -- here on GitLab.
