from M0GHZ I have noticed a problem when manually switching from CW to USB (my rig is not connected to Minos). After making a CW QSO if I forget to switch Minos to USB for the next USB contact it correctly prompts 'Switch mode to USB'. If I select yes it sometimes still logs 599 if I had entered 59. I have also noted this can happen in the Rxd rpt also. I'm using Minos 2.6.0.0 but it has been a problem for earlier versions too.
