Entity occasion schedule finding out about references
Someone interesting in trying to find something out in DFHack?
Requirements: A little bit of programming knowledge, understand XML and know that DFHack taps into the DF memory.
I'm looking at Entities https://docs.dfstoryteller.com/rapidoc/#get-/entities
In there there are
schedule There is a
I want to know what they represent.
The same for
References exist in other places like: https://docs.dfstoryteller.com/rapidoc/#get-/written_contents But they seem to work a bit different. Although maybe not in DFHack.
In DF Hack they are defined as: https://github.com/DFHack/df-structures/blob/master/df.entities.xml#L41
<int32_t name='reference' comment="art form / event / item_type /procession start abstract building"/> <int32_t name='reference2' comment="item_subtype / procession stop abstract building"/>
But this does not really help. How do I know if it is a event or an art form? There are also some yet unknown values in there. Maybe they have something interesting.
How this looks in the
... <occasion> <id>0</id> <name>The Celebration of Razors</name> <event>96</event> <schedule> <id>0</id> <type>ceremony</type> <reference>-1</reference> <reference2>-1</reference2> <feature> <type>storytelling</type> <reference>96</reference> </feature> <feature> <type>incense_burning</type> <reference>-1</reference> </feature> <feature> <type>poetry_recital</type> <reference>0</reference> </feature> <feature> <type>costumes</type> <reference>-1</reference> </feature> <feature> <type>candles</type> <reference>-1</reference> </feature> </schedule> </occasion> ...
