ide 2.13.2: System diagram does not reload after changing the model and regenerating

It is currently required to first close the currently open system view and press the system view button again to get an up-to-date view of your system.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a dzn system file in VSCode and view system diagram
2. Modify the system somehow by adding/removing a connection
3. Press system diagram button again

Expected: Currently open view reloads with the latest result.

Actual: Currently open view stays the same.
