android 11

Hi, thanks for working on this project, it is nice that at least some location providers for MicroG are in active development.

I'm having troubles to get a proper permission on A11.

So what should happen:

1. I enable location permissions for LocalGSM
2. Then navigate to system settings and manually enable "allow all the time".

In reality on LOS 18.1 ( lineage-18.1-20210517-nightly-oneplus3-signed.zip ) I dont have such an option. So only three options for LocalGSM are available -- "allow while using", "ask every time" or "deny".

Some applications e.g. DavX from f-droid display all four location options.
