Wvengen/Lacells database not updated for 17 months

I was having trouble getting a location and after some debugging I found that the database I am using has not been updated for 17 months. https://github.com/wvengen/lacells

I am not sure how to contact Wvengen about updating the database. The project has issues feature disabled.
