Fail: "Not in GZIP format" when creating database and OpenCellID is selected

• GSM LocationProvider version: 1.5.3

In order to use OpenCellID as a source, I signed up on opencellid.org and entered my personal API key into the field OpenCellID Access Token under Advanced settings. However, when trying to create the database, I got this error:
