minor edit needed to make docker compose version work

I needed to edit this line to get the db build working on the docker-compose setup: https://gitlab.com/depesz/explain.depesz.com/-/blob/master/sql/patch-011.sql#L94

from \i -> \ir

running docker on linux, not sure about impact on other systems or when using non-docker deployments.
