Vegetation Studio output node becomes stuck on a single vegetation package
This happened in a large project I was working on, and proved to be extremely simple to reproduce in a small testcase project I just created.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project.
- Import latest Asset Store version of MM (1.9.2)
- Import latest Asset Store version of Vegetation Studio (1.4.0.0)
- Create a new Scene, and add a MapMagic GameObject to it.
- Create a new Vegetation Package or two in your project.
- Open the MM Editor, and add a Vegetation Studio output node to your graph.
- Attempt to select between different Vegetation Studio packages in your new Output node.
In both my large project and this fresh test project, there is a single Vegetation Package that becomes "stuck" as the only possible selection. Drag-drop and asset picker assignment both fail silently after this package has become selected.
Interestingly, in my large project, MM became stuck on a custom Vegetation Package. In my sample project, MM became stuck on a demo Package included with Vegetation Studio. No console errors are shown when selecting a different package, it just fails silently. All MM instances in all scenes are impacted.
I'm happy to share my repro project, but would need to email it directly to ensure I am not unintentionally distributing an unlicensed copy of VS.
