add phased argument to ComputeStats
When compute phased statistics, ComputeStats assumes that individuals, if provided, are unphased. This might not what the user expects.
- Add a warning in the documentation.
- Add a mention in the tutorial.
- Add phased option to specify that individuals are phased.
