Many basic installation and running instructions were still aimed at
RTC-Tools 2.0 and the way that was packaged. The most important changes
to 2.2 are:

- Using pip instead of pre-packaged installer
- Having to explicitly download examples (if installing from PyPI)
- Copying Modelica libraries to a more convenient location to load them
  in OMEdit.
