AliasDict for bounds does not work
There is a check in AliasDict for whether a value is a tuple. If so, it can negative each value. There are two things wrong
- AliasDict turns the tuple into a list
- For bounds, we need to make sure to flip the order of the tuple as well
Not quite sure how to fix this properly. Maybe make a Bounds
class (that is just a tuple, with an additional neg implemented on it)? Then we can also get rid of the AliasDict exception for tuples.
