Write packages as text files / Read binary files

For Modflow 6, package arrays are written to binary files without an option to:

1. Read the binary files directly
2. Write the full package as a text file (although the option exist as a header for most packages).

Right now I'm trying to troubleshoot a model for which the DIS package does not load correctly the binary files and there is no tool associated with imod to handle this.
