Unable to send emails from bq E5

The send button/arrow does not work on the bq E5

I installed the new version of Dekko (2) on my bq E5. I set up accounts correctly and they synced correctly. However, when I go to send a new emails, I click on the send arrow/button at the top of the screen and nothing happens.

Expected Behavior

For the email to be sent when clicking the send arrow

Actual Behavior

When the send button is clicked nothing happens, the screen does not refresh or anything

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Dekko 2 on a bq E5 phone
  2. Create an email
  3. Press the send arrow/button
