Support Rails 5.1 in the gemspec ?

Hi,

Is there a version you limit this gem to Rails 5.2+.

We have some other complicated dependencies that mean we cannot currently move from 5.1, but it doesn't seem like there's anything in this gem that wouldn't work with 5.1?
