Evaluate software choice and workflow

@Ryozuki Currently we make merge requests and let someone else merge it, but I am open to suggestion to enhance the workflow. I am happy to add you as a developer to the project if you are still interested. It would be nice if you could comment on what can be improved.

Static site

• low maintenance
• durable - no database is involved and everyone can replicate the wiki easily, even on other platforms like netlify
• able to generate content (like the explain/ pages)
• editable with "Edit this page" links (could be shorten to directly edit the page on Gitlab, not view it first)
• (in the future: static site editor on gitlab)

Wiki

• easier to edit (WYSIWYG)
• looks better
