running compiled target file inside the built-in terminal

Focus on very simple task - to be able to trigger compilation of an open file, and then run it in the terminal manually. We will have another tickets to actually run it from the GUI, etc...

We will most likely remove this code in the future, once we release 1.x, maybe even earlier...
