separate some more markdown into their own files (note file extension .md.twig when the url functions are needed), suppress author information on by-laws page and only update time stamp on actual by-laws being changed.

add support for direct file inclusion to the Twig extension, should be faster for files without Twig dependencies.

not sure if this makes any noticeable difference in terms of content alignment, but fiddle with the text on multi column pages anyways.

some minor content changes (mainly to test auto deploying changes that seems to have been broken with the paths being changed)

for some reason running this on dcbase.org does something unexpected to the request_uri, so just check for hooks after the ambiguity is removed.
