Intelligent start flag

Hello again! Now that I have finally discovered the full power of Mutt's autoedit feature, I have one feature request: The Intelligent start position is behaving a bit weirdly for my taste. If two or more replies, then start on top. Why not if there is only one reply? This is a very common use-case for me. At the moment my flags are ITai, which leaves the cursor at the end of the To: field, even if it is a reply to an email, unless the conversation has bounced back and forth a couple of times...
