MIDI + LV2 integration

We want to be able to use the synth as an instrument.

There should be 12 (configurable) voices, each processing at most one note.

Note properties, such as pitch, velocity, time since press, time since release, etc, should be mapped to variables. Then, the output of all notes should be mixed together.
