The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. Merge request for issue 103: add extra OR clause to exclude calendar_items with an RRULE from hide_older_than, so recurring events created in the past don't suddenly drop off a user's calendar.
