Port to Nautilus 43 and nautilus-python 4

Nautilus 43.beta.1 was released with a major API bump for extensions. Among other things, Nautilus 43 uses GTK4 and dropped GTK from the extensions API.

There was also a new release of nautilus-python 4.0.alpha which also has a major API bump.
