Streamlining

I think it's possible to ditch sirv altogether. I only tried în dev mode, it worked. My dev line în package.json now reads:

"dev": "run-p autobuild hugo:dev"

and that's it. However, perhaps it needs more testing before using Hugo as sole dev server.
