Add "sample" to result schema

This is the format currently used by NYU Datamart, however we have no formally specified this so comments welcome. This is not implemented in datamart-rest and could be changed if we decide on something else (however we should leave some time for TA3 to update).

It is an optional field, we can't always provide a sample.
