Remove listing column names a metric operated on

With recent changes to how metrics operate, they will always operate on all columns. So I think we should remove column names a metric operates on, which we currently list. We could just remove the field, if anyone would be setting it, it would be ignored.

We should also update Python code to not provide or parse that list anymore.
