Add loading indicator

Currently there is no indication (other than the expanding superchats) that there is any calculation going on. Add visual feedback that something is happening in the background while users are waiting.

• Add continuous loading indicator/spinner/bar
• (Potentially) add additional info (how many superchats, how long to wait until search for new SCs is stopped)
