Add api_key.hy, clear my api keys, edit readme to explain it

* tweet_getter
The tweet_getter requires the secret-keys function in api_key.hy to return a dictionary of Twitter API keys and secrets. Fill this out with your API key. How you get the API keys into that dictionary is up to you.
To use this script, simply invoke it with with the twitter name and output file name as arguments.
