This is mostly a simple update, and since I don't work at Limejump anymore, I figured I should make a copy in case they decide to remove the original repo one day.  Since this *is* my copy though, I'm changing the licence from MIT to GPL (hence the major version bump).  Should Shell (formerly Limejump) decide to relinquish control of the PyPI entry to me, this major version change will keep anyone from being surprised by the license change.

This update also includes some new housekeeping:

* Removing black, flake8, and isort in favour of ruff
* Updating all the things
* Dropping support for Python 3.8 and 3.9
