Use some LCARS samples for responses

Majel Barret's voice is captured in samples all over the web, but most of them are of terrible quality, including background noise captured from the Star Trek episodes the sample was ripped from. I'd like to see if there's a way to either (a) clean them up, or (b) find a better sample that can be used for some of the standard responses.

This appears to be the best source, though pretty much all of the voice files are unusable.
