Model Performance FPS

Hi there,

I've been trying get similar performance(FPS) to what was mentioned in your paper. I'm using a GTX1070 and only getting about 15 fps, and with a Titan V I get around 80 FPS. Could this difference in performance be related to differences in CAFFE and TF?
