Feature Request: CC MPI parallelisation

Hello,

I was just wondering if you were planning on implementing MPI parallelisation for the CC methods? I've installed Dalton and used it for the first time yesterday and it's blazingly fast, but got an error when I tried to run a CCSD(T) calculation with more than one processor (although, for some reason, CCSD seemed to work fine?). There are so few programs with analytic derivatives for CCSD(T), so it would be amazing if we could run them with multiple processors.
