Support for Multiple PostgreSQL Versions in Docker Image

Hello,

I noticed that the Docker image for the anonymous dump blackbox currently supports only PostgreSQL version 17. Would you consider automating the build process to support additional PostgreSQL versions as well?

This would help accommodate a wider range of use cases.
