pg_dump_anon doesn't produce consistent backups

pg_dump_anon calls pg_dump to get the schema, then psql multiple times to get the data, and the pg_dump again to get sequences. Hence, it may produce inconsistent backups. This is a very serious bug because there are many ways to get backups you can't restore. Either fix it (which will be probably quite hard) or say so in the documentation.
