pg_dump_anon Command Not Found

• Install : https://postgresql-anonymizer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/INSTALL/#install-from-source
• Install Method : Install With PGXN
• OS : Ubuntu 18.04 on Windows10 Subsystem
• Issue : Unable to recognize the "pg_dump_anon", resulting in Command not found.

Can you please help what else needs to be installed ?
