special characters fail when using "MASKED WITH VALUE"
I'm trying to replace a field that contain an URI with a static value version. After reducing my testcase to a minimum, I can tell that the MASKED WITH VALUE
routine will not be applied and leave the field as-is if it contains anything else than letters and numbers. I'm not sure it's true for all characters, but any of the following characters is enough to trigger the issue : /:_.%
Here's the rule I'm using :
SECURITY LABEL FOR anon ON COLUMN "my_table".url_field
IS 'MASKED WITH VALUE ''https://domain.com/path'' ';
Is there a workaround to have the value handled anyway ?
