PostgreSQL_Anonymizer Installation

Please could you help me?

I need to implement "Anonymizer" in the database in the company and I am unable to install the extension. I am accessing the link https://postgresql-anonymizer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/INSTALL/ and cloning the "git clone https://gitlab.com/dalibo/postgresql_anonymizer.git" but in the next steps> $ make standalone and> psql ..... -f anon_standalone_PG11.sql, I don't understand how to proceed with the installation. I don't know if you have anything else to install, or if I'm doing something wrong.

I see that this extension is excellent for the new LGPD law.

The OS I am using is Linx Ubuntu 19.10 and the PostgreSQL 11 version.
