[Feature Request] Configurable River Grate

Can we get configurable rarity/drop rates on the materials in the river grate? We would also like to be able to add/remove metals from the river grate.

We would like to use the river grate in our pack (Infitech 3, still in private alpha), but as it stands at default we'll likely have to disable it.
