do not collide with the profile and so that the arduino usb cable has enough space to be plugged. I also moved the PSU further to the front because there is the possibility for the powercable to collide with the z-axis rod

Increase bolt tolerance a bit and add more segments to the bed holes so that the bolts can slide through them

This proved much harder than it should be as the crosses are positive stuff inside a subtraction so I needed to modify all the hole modules to positioners. Now there's a positioner for each thing on the base that positions it's children where the mounting holes of each thing should be. As such we can use the positioner both inside the `difference()` clause and outside without duplication of code.

To make sure the printed base is correct we draw a line that is 150mm. I had written 100mm, so with this commit I retyped it.
