collided with the front of the printer :-/

I also moved the PSU further to the front because there is the

Increase bolt tolerance a bit and add more segments to the bed holes so that the bolts can slide through them

Add a "conical" segment to the bed clamps t-slot so that they can fit exactly into the bed aluminium profile

and the x-axis doesn't hit the motor

Also move plywood mounting bricks out of bed assembly (leftover from

holes cause deformation when tightly clamped.

The deformation causes the axes to deviate from parallel and that
in turn causes difficulty for the x-carriage to move

bed when laid out for printing. Also add two more z-axis clamps to
the plater

This proved much harder than it should be as the crosses are positive
stuff inside a subtraction so I needed to modify all the hole modules
to positioners.

Now there's a positioner for each thing on the base that positions
it's children where the mounting holes of each thing should be.

As such we can use the positioner both inside the `difference()`
clause and outside without duplication of code.

To make sure the printed base is
correct we draw a line that
is 150mm. I had written 100mm, so
with this commit I retyped it.
