Homing tracers need something to trace

Description of problem:

Text for the homing tracer mentions the Tracer Button, cost 50eb, which is what the tracer traces. This item does not explicitly appear on the gear list, but should still exist in the game.

Version-Release number Foundry VTT & Cyberpunk Red Core:

Foundry 0.89 and Cyberpunk Red Core 0.8

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open gear compendium.
2. Try to find entry for tracer button.
3. Experience crushing disappointment.

Actual results:

I can't find the button.

Expected results:

Button can be found.
