postgress and portal pull acess denied

When I try to run the install and sh files, everything goes smoothly until it gets to the part where it needs to pull images for Postgres and Portal. Then, I get the error "Pull access denied." I have logged in with my Docker account, but I am still getting this error. I am new to docker and not sure what I am doing wrong

my setup is raspberry pi 5 latest raspbian version
