Can't get past welcome screen after fresh install on XA2/SFOS3.3.0.14

Fresh install from Jolla Store (also tried openrepos version ff). PodQastv2.7

When i open the app i see the welcome page (wizzard1 page) but i can't get past it - the next button (german: Weiter) does nothing. It gets highlighted when i tap it but the page stays.

Remove/fresh install with deleting the config did not help...

tapping on next(Weiter) produces following warning:
