Allow for playlist reordering

When adding items to the playlist, one can choose to add it to the top or the bottom. It would be useful to also be able to do that in the playlist itself, or even better, to allow for:

  • moving to the top or bottom
  • moving one up or down

... given that dragging is not a thing in Silica.
