Multiplayer Leveling Bug

I tested the mod with a friend and out of 5 games only the person that joined the game as second player (so not the host of the lobby) could upgrade the skills. My friend and I also swaped host and i stayed the same, the person that was not hosting could upgrade the rest could not. We had one game with 5 players and in that case only one person could upgrade as well.
